3A Apartments is a Massachusetts licensed apartment brokerage company. We work to put landlords and tenants in a lasting and mutually agreeable lease, which meets all of the requirements and laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts along with the understandings of both parties. Information is always free and no cost is incurred by you until you find accommodations you like and enter into a lease agreement. We encourage a close working relationship to help you with your apartment search and settling into your new home.
We meet your needs by constantly searching for upcoming living space to add to our inventory. Because we’ve been involved with the real estate business since 1978, we have developed long term relationships with many landlords in the Greater Boston Area.

3A Apartments is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage Company. As housing locators, we act as a Dual-Agent, that is, we sometimes get paid by both parties in the transaction.
Our costs and fees are usually 1/2 month’s rent from each party. You can expect to pay the first month's rent along with either a security deposit or perhaps a last-month rent payment to the landlord. We try to negotiate between both parties to keep that “move in” cost to you as low as possible.

3A Apartments is a family run enterprise. We know Boston and The South Shore inside and out and have many long-standing landlord connections. We know where the great deals are and we’d like to place you in them.
